Typical Camp Day

8.45am: Players Arrive

9.00am-9.20am: Ball Related Warm up

9.30am-10.00am: Collegiate base fitness/SAQ

10.15am-11.30am: Technical Session

11.45am-12.30pm: Lunch

12.45pm-2.00pm: Technical/Tactical Session

2.00pm-2.45pm: Championship game.

2.50pm-3.00pm: Cool Down

FAQ’S

  • All food is supplied on-site; however there may be the option for players to purchase further snacks from staff at the Camp.

  • Players will play on beautiful grass playing fields and have access to the outstanding indoor gym at Fay.

  • This will be a week that will prepare the individual MPS player physically, technically and tactically. 

  • This camp is designed as an alternative to the April Vacation week for all private school players.
