Massachusetts Premier Soccer offer a unique camp experience, priding ourselves on the high quality
of staff and curriculum at each of our locations. All MPS male and female camp staff are licensed
coaches from the United Kingdom.

ATTENTION - IMMUNIZATION NOTICE

ALL OF OUR CAMPS COMPLY WITH REGULATIONS OF THE MASSACHUSETTS DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND ARE LICENSED BY THE LOCAL BOARD OF HEALTH. EVERY CAMPER MUST HAVE A PHYSICAL PRIOR TO PARTICIPATION IN ANY MPS CAMP.

A copy of your immunization record must be faxed into the MPS office before your child is allowed to participate. When faxing the form please include the following information in the cover letter:

• Your child’s name.
• Name of the camp they are attending (please include all if more than one).
• Week of camp.
• Fax to the attention of Academy Camps - 781.305.9912
  

Rain Policy:
In the event of bad weather a decision to postpone/continue the camp will be made by the Camp Director. Indoor space will be utilized if available.

Please note, due to staffing and facility costs we have a no refund policy.
