Camp Wing on Monday 21st April and leave on Wednesday 23rd April.
Girls: Will arrive at
Camp Wing on Wednesday 23rd April and will leave Friday 25th April.
SHOWCASE EVENT
The Annual MPS College
Showcase games will take place this year on April 22nd (Boys) and April
24th (Girls), 2007. These games will display only MPS players at the
U16-U17 ages in 11v11 competitive match play. Games will be played on
both nights from 4.00pm-7.00pm at Thayer Academy Turf Complex in
Braintree, MA
Last year over 70 coaches
attended this event and we expect even more for 2008. The boys will play
on Tuesday 22nd April and the girl’s on Thursday 24th April. The format
will see the MPS Bulldogs and MPS Crusaders teams facing each other for
the boys teams and the MPS Renegades and MPS Lady Crusaders team facing
each other for the girls teams on two adjacent fields.

FAQ’S

Campers will be housed in
a cabin where beds are laid out in an open plan fashion. Players will
be housed with the other players from their team. If a group is
particularly large they may be housed in two cabins. A staff member
will reside in each cabin.

MPS will bus the players
from Camp Wing in Duxbury to the Braintree complex each morning.
-
MPS will provide player
profiles to all attending colleges.

MPS will conduct a college
coach forum for MPS players after lunch on the day of the showcase
event. Players will listen to several college coaches on the
recruitment process.

All food is supplied
on-site; however there may be the option for players to purchase
further snacks from staff at the Camp.

The will be no dinner for
players on Monday or Wednesday night so players should eat before
arrival or bring a snack.

A qualified nurse or
athletic trainer will be on site for the duration of the camp.

MPS will regularly update
the college list on the club website.
Camp Wing and the Duxbury Stockade are located 45 miles south of Boston
in Duxbury, MA on 220 acres of woodlands and ponds. The unique
facilities, including a reproduction of a colonial fort, provide housing
for 200 players each session. The combination of activities and team
building facilities make this the perfect location for our camp.
The Duxbury Stockade,
modeled after a colonial fort, can sleep up to 125. Features include,
large kitchen, family style dining room, space to hold small workshops
or meetings, an indoor fireplace, and an outdoor courtyard with a fire
ring.
