The MPS Skills XI is the exciting new challenge we at MPS have set our School of Excellence players. The challenge is based around 11 differnet soccer skills that can be performed in a game, to beat or to fake out a defender. We have selected 11 skills that have been made famous by world class soccer players from around the globe.

Below you will see each skill we have selected in the challenge, along with the player that has made the move famous. Also, you will be able to view a quick instructional video (below) detailing the trick/skill for you to learn and practice it at home before bringing your trick into a game.

To complete the challenge, a player must print off the certificate (see below) and have an MPS coach sign off under each skill, once performed. To qualify for a signature, the skill/trick MUST be performed in a game in an appropriate phase of play (beating a defender 1v1) and MUST be WITNESSED by an MPS coach.

Once all 11 moves have been completed, the fully signed certificate must be returned to your team coach to qualify for an MPS Prize. You will also have your name added to the Skills XI Hall of Fame.
