Waltham, 23^rd February 2010; A sister organization of MPS, Global Premier Soccer (GPS) has launched a new web-site www.globalpremiersoccer.com as a tool to help provide soccer and education opportunities for US student-athletes who may be interested in pursuing a career path outside of the United States.

GPS offers student-athletes the option of attending a European college / university for the duration of their higher education as an alternative to studying in the US.  GPS also offer a spring semester abroad program for those student-athletes looking to experience an educational and soccer experience in a foreign country during the traditional college soccer off-season.

 “Global Premier Soccer exists to provide US student-athletes a further option in the college process,” said GPS Sales and Recruitment Director Andy Prosser.  “While the majority of student-athletes will enter college in the United States, GPS can provide a cost friendly alternative at a European college / university and facilitate a soccer experience with a local professional or amateur soccer club.  This option adds a new dimension to the decision of the prospective student-athlete as they engage in the college process.”

GPS has established many contacts at soccer clubs and higher education institutions in Europe including Royal Racing Football Club (Belgium), International Academic and Soccer Academy (UK), University College Dublin (Ireland) and University College Cork (Ireland). 

“At GPS we have partnered with many high quality education institutions,” said Prosser.  “We firmly believe that this is an attractive option to any graduating high school or collegiate student-athlete.”
