The tables below show the average/high/low fitness scores for our U13 and U14 Premier/Premier Development Teams for each of the 7 tests that we use in our fitness testing protocol:
- 20 yard sprint - Acceleration
- 40 yard sprint - Speed
- Arrowhead agility run (right and left) - Multi-directional speed and agility
- Standing broad jump - Explosive leg power
- Sit up test - Abdominal strength
- Push up test - Upper body strength
- Yo Yo Intermittent Recovery Level 1 test - Cardiovascular Endurance
