Mass Premier Soccer offers an exclusive opportunity to join one of the leading soccer organizations in the US. Based in Boston, Massachusetts, MPS is looking for enthusiastic, experienced and qualified coaches.  
Applicants should have a minimum of a USSF C license or equivalent.


Opportunities also exist for recent sports management graduates and sports management and sports science students looking for a placement year. This is a trainee program that includes an active coaching schedule.  As a sports management trainee you may work in one of the following departments:

• Academy Camps and Clinics

• Graphic Design

Internship Positions:

The MPS Placement Program mirrors the Sports Management position; students will have an office and a coaching role within MPS. Participants will be provided with consistent professional development opportunities within their department and as a coach. All coaching will be supported by the MPS Technical Department.

Placements are paid positions. Students will receive all the benefits of being an MPS Staff member.

Coaching Only Positions: 

Coaching Only positions entail work with the academy services we offer to local town organizations for recreational players to elite players. You will also play a part in the summer camp program, both day and residential. Based on experience and on-field performance, there will be an opportunity to be involved in the MPS School of Excellence Program (U8-U12) and the Premier/Premier Development Team Program (U13 – U18).
