Attacking Central midfielder

This has to arguably be the most creative player in the system. They are the link from midfield to the front line and must be very smart with their movements to find space.

• Creative – must have an array of ways to beat pressure.
• Awareness – must be excellent at creating space and checking to find seams.
• Mobility – must be very fit smart with movement.
• Attacking mentality – must always look to get ball forward with pass or on dribble.
• Shooting from distance.
• Quick combinations in attacking third.
• Must be comfortable receiving the ball in tight spaces.
