These players provide width and pace in the 4-3-3 system.

• Must be of above-average speed.
• Need to be excellent 1v1 players.
• Must be very attack-minded and have a very positive mindset in possession.
• Must be excellent crossers of the ball.
• Must be prepared to shoot from distance.
• Provide width and be patient to allow the switch of attack.
• Awareness – must realize when they have tight pressure and when they have space to turn.
• Must press opposing full-backs when ball is on their side.
• Must understand the need to balance when they are on the weak side of the field
